Crunchy Thai Kale Salad (from the Minimalist Baker Blog)

This blog recipe looked so fresh and healthy I couldn’t resist reblogging it. My only change for me would be to bake the tofu covered in sesame seeds for a more toasted flavour.  But as you read the recipe you see they give you that option along with how to do it.  Great blog! (Minimalist Baker – the photo is credited to them as well).  Check out the blog for detailed images on each step.

  1. I love Thai flavors and I agree, that sounds like a great idea to cook them in the sesame seeds for that added depth of flavor. Sesame seeds are one of my favorite ingredients and they are so good for us and contain healthy fat and calcium!
