This recipe comes from one of the wonderful blogs I follow called Cottage Grove House (they got it from Cooking Light Magazine). The recipes and photography on this blog are wonderful and this recipe is not exception. I happen to love the tart/sweet/mealy taste and texture of apricots. I grill them on the BBQ, eat them plain, slice them with yogurt (both frozen and not), drizzle balsamic glaze over them – I could go on and on.
